This bracelets has a sentimental meaning behind it, as I referred to previously as an earlier similar example of what the infamous Cartier love bracelet is to us today. This style of bracelet in the 19th and earlier 20th century were gifted to women by their significant other before they would have to travel or be away for lengthy periods of time. Something that the woman could wear with a heart padlock to symbolize their love and bond when they had to be separated by time & distance💖
